An open living area opens out onto the front deck where you are footsteps away from Kinka Beack. From the street looking in you see a classic Australian beach home reimagined. The white lineaboard and sharp low pitch roofs along with angled columns are reminiscent of Queensland post war modern dwellings. A secondary outdoor living area is located to the rear and is protected from the prevailing winds. This living area is framed by local sandstone and has a central fire pit making it the perfect place for cold winters nights.
